After months of self-loathing, she had an epiphany: how could she teach her daughter healthy attitudes about body image if she herself despised her own body? And that’s when she chose to embrace her ‘anti-fit’ attitude.

The brave mom took to her Facebook and Twitter accounts to share a brilliant picture- an inversion of the traditional “before and after” pics you usually see from people who work out.

She hasn’t stopped there… Taryn has started a drive to get funding so that she can create a documentary that will help others have a similar revelation about their bodies.
