There's been a lot of speculation about Jessica Simpson lately. "Is she pregnant? Has she just picked up weight? She sure does look pregnant..." and on and on the scrutiny goes. But the Hollywood star is keeping mum about the whole thing.
Not even Beyonce was as tight-lipped as Miss Simpson, announcing her pregnancy at this year's EMA's for the whole world to see. It was a bit of a spectacle, honestly. And why does Jessica Simpson need to announce her pregnancy? Why do people feel the need to have these things confirmed about celebrities. Is it really our business? Shame man, they're just human.
Think about when you found out you were pregnant. Did you tell the whole world immediately? Probably not. According to Babycenter.com 39% of women waited until their second trimester, 23% spilled the beans immediately and only 14% waited till they started showing.
So to each her own, and I think that's what the world should let Jessica Simpson do. When she wants to tell, she will.
