On a "normal day" parenting is tiring. We nag, yell, clean up, negotiate and argue with our kids.
At the end of the day when both my kids are finally asleep, I often find myself a little shell shocked and in need of a strong cup of tea.
It's in these quiet moments that I reflect on what I could've done differently that day and how my 3-year-old son must think I am such a junk mommy!
