Monster cheer

Party decorations

Decorate the scene with a monster sign or garland and make DIY hats for guests to wear. For the hat, roll a piece of coloured cardboard into a conical shape, glue together, add feathers and two pieces of wool. This alphabet garland is from www.quirkyme.com.

Party food

Turn cupcake holders into little monsters by gluing on some googly eyes and cardboard arms before filling with popcorn. You can also make little monsters- turn a cupcake around, ice, and decorate with plastic icing eyes (on toothpicks) and teeth. They will have guests raving.

Fill party packs with colourful monster treats, like sweets in glass containers and bunches of crayons topped off with googly eyes.
