The first day of school is a milestone for any child and their parent/s and keeping record of the event is a big part of it.

From the outfit you and your child pick out to their first step out of the front door, most parents want to cherish these moments and capture as much of it as possible for memory's sake.

Parents choose to either photograph or film (or both) the morning of their child's first day of school, but once the teacher closes the classroom door, well the rest is history.

Technology continues to offer some great ways to document all of your family's precious moments and when this little girl takes a GoPro to her first day of school, we get to share her important moment from her angle.

And the school was happy to allow it! We don't imagine every teacher would agree to this... especially younger teachers who are themselves still a bit apprehensive on the first day.

Watch out for the bubble parade... how cool is that?
