This little boy may look like an ordinary kid but 3-year-old Sherwyn Sarabi is a genius.

With an IQ of 136, Sherwyn ranks among the top 1 percent of the world's most intelligent. At the age of 2, he could read, count to 200, recognise and name countries, flags, planets in the solar system, parts of the body and internal organs.

The question is, could someone like Sherwyn ever have a normal childhood?
