Horrified parents reacted badly to an organisational error at an Australian school: A Mother’s Day function turned ugly when kids and their families were handed packages of x-rated chocolates, according to News.com.au.
Whoops! Someone mixed up the bags!
The offending articles included confectionary shaped like penises, breasts and buttocks- all allegedly novelty sweets left over from a previous function at the school which was organised as a fundraiser for Mother’s Day.
The surprise gifts inspired reactions ranging from shock to disgust, as the kids opened the packages and handed over the sex-themed treats to their parents.
According to the school, the school had been unaware of the novelty candies- the Department of Education stated that the packages were “prepared for parents, by parents”.
A woman who attended Friday's function said she watched on, "absolutely disgusted", as children were given the chocolates.
"My nine-year-old grandson gave this zip-lock bag to me, put it in my lap and said to me, 'You've got a willy in there Nanny'," she said.
"Then I had a three-year-old sit down next to me and she said, 'Hey, what's this?' She had this brown chocolate shaped like a penis and was about to eat the top off it.
"I told her she had better go and talk to her mother."
What would you do if this happened at your kid’s school?
