What we thought about it?

My 11-month-old son's favourite game is "Let's throw all my toys behind the couch". All of his play pen balls are under the couch. He doesn't have a very long attention span. So when we got this toy to review I gave it 5 mins of inspection before it was too unceremoniously tossed from the play pen.

I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't. On each side of the cube is a different texture and the corners have little teething rings for him to chew on (it's his second favourite thing to do after tossing toys). His favourite bit, oh this vain child of mine, is the peek-a-boo mirror. He's spent a while opening and closing the flap to see himself.

The Clutch Cube has soft handles for grasping. Textures, clacking rings, crinkle, and rattle encourage exploration. On the outside of the cube, each side has a friendly face or colourful pattern, and rings or soft handles for baby to grab and play with.

It's fast become a favourite toy, which I'm surprised by because my child hasn't got a particular favourite toy (he just inspects some things slower than others) but he definitely seems to play with this one a lot longer than his others. It's even come along for a few car rides because it keeps him occupied. This is a great buy!

Have you bought this toy? What did you think about it?
