What we thought:

With Spring arriving in a flurry of beautifully hot days it was a godsend when the new Zoku Fish Slow Pop Moulds came across our desks. As soon as I got home we poured some of my son's baby juice into the moulds and popped them in the freezer overnight for the next day.

Now these are just normal, regular pop moulds as opposed to their QuickPop Makers. But they're really fun and they come in quirky sea themed shapes including a Shark, Clownfish, Octopus, Whale, Puffer Fish and even a Zoku Scuba Diver. Each shape comes with it's own corresponding skeleton stick (with drip guard) that is revealed as the pops are eaten. The pops were pretty easy to remove with no need to run it under some water to release. Because of the soft silicone moulds you simply pull them and out they pop!

I love that the sticks are small enough to fit in my 11-month-old's tiny first. I also prefer making home-made pops for him because I know what's going into the things he eats. It's especially great if you want to control your kids sugar intake. Like I said we used his baby juice as well as baby yoghurt for some yummy yoghurt pops.
