Cape Town surfing kids are dominating

Despite the fear that most parents and kids have of the ocean these days, nothing will stop a young surfer from doing what they love. 

The Cape Town Surfriders District claimed victory over the Freedom Cup at this years Billabong SA Surfing Champs finishing with 32 576 points for the win. 

Cape Town's Jordy Maree took the U17 boys title, ahead of the other four finalists originating from the Cape Peninsula area.  

Here are the final scores for the 2015 SA Junior Champs: 

1st   Cape Town: 32 576

2nd  Nelson Mandela Bay: 27 956

3rd  Ethekweni: 25 170

4th  Cape Winelands: 21 526

5th  Buffalo City
