What weird things do your kids eat?

Angelina Jolie's kids love to eat crickets. Have your kids eaten anything on the wild side?

Angelina Jolie has told E! Online that 9-year-old Maddox and 7-year-old Pax love eating insects. They picked up the habit when visiting Cambodia, Maddox's home country. According to the superstar mom they eat them like Doritos. "I had to actually ban the cricket eating at some point, because I was afraid they were gonna get sick from too many," she said. "But they're good—they are like a potato chip."

But the Jolie-Pitt boys are not the only ones who love eating weird things. Sometimes pregnant women experience what is known as Pica. They tend to crave things such as sand, glass, lightbulbs, hair, gravel and cigarette ash to name a few things.

We asked our Facebook fans if their little ones were fans of eating anything weird and a few strange food combinations popped up:

My son likes to hide behind our plants and nibble on the sand. Which I don't like. Lol but besides that he eats healthy and he eats every thing. He is 18 months. And eats anything which I find that weird cos he doesn't have a dislike. - Zayaan Isaacs
