Making food for the halflings is always a bit of a test that pushes the boredom button. The old favourites are, well, old and there are days when  making another macaroni cheese might just push you over the edge.

There’s also the teeny healthy issue and whilst trying to find things that they don’t turn their noses up at, they also need to deviate from the ever present cheese, peanut butter and yoghurt.

We’ve put together a week of healthy and fun food.

Monday
Peanut Butter Porridge
Chicken and spinach wraps
Lentil burgers

Tuesday
Banana, honey and apple smoothie
Gourmet boerewors rolls
Nutty beef stir-fry

Wednesday
