Prepare for her first period
Is your daughter ready to cope with the changes to her body?
A number of
young girls are startled by their first period. Most know that periods do
exist, but starting is still a stressful and emotional time for them and their
parents. How girls adapt to this new phase depends essentially on parental
support and guidance. When is the right time to talk to your daughter about the
changes in her body? What is the best approach?
