We asked our Facebook fans what they would say if their teen announced that they wanted a tattoo. Here's what they had to say:
No way!
- Not while under my roof and I'd have to pay for it. Even then we'd have a "little" talk. - Lulama Mdlikiva
- I will let my teen realise that I don't want her 2 do it. - Funsho Adeniyi Coker
- ABSOLUTELY NO! - Sagree Moodley
- No, no, baby girl! The body is a temple and should be treated with respect. - Bianca Angelique Prinsloo
All for it
- If he goes and gets a job to pay for it. Sure. - Mandy Lopes Cunha
- I have a tattoo, so I wouldn't mind my daughter having one. I'd ask that it has a significant meaning and be put on a place where you won't be embarrassed about it when your 50. - Inge Marcus
- As long as they can show extensive research into the design that they want and explain why, go ahead. Dad and I have them so why shouldn't our kid? - Fiona Crowley
- I can't really say no since I have two, but they should wait until they're 18 and can pay for it themselves. - Gaynor Hendricks
What would you say? Kat Von D may be an extreme example, but if it's what your teen wanted, would you support them? Vote below.
