Top 10 kiddie tv shows

Have you ever sat down in front of the television and watched a kids program or two? We've had our fair share of moments like these and truth be told, they can be quite addictive! So how do we as parents control the amount of television our kids consume and do these shows have a positive or negative impact on their development and behaviour? This is one of those questions that are just too difficult to answer.
