A couple of days ago, a good friend and I were catching up over a phone call and somehow we ended up reminiscing about how much we weighed when he were 21.
The focus of the conversation then led to our shattered confidence due to our weight gain and the resultant lack of desire to be stylish and look good. We dress for comfort instead.
It's difficult to feel good and sexy with all the extra weight, making it difficult to engage in intimacy with our partners, even though they think we look great.
