Actor Kay Sibiya’s girlfriend Judie Sbahle Kama is pregnant with their first son and the couple couldn’t be more excited.

Taking to his Instagram page, Kay posted a picture of himself kneeling in front of his pregnant girlfriend almost in a bowing posture.

My doctor said I had endometriosis, and an urgent treatment was needed, which meant falling pregnant was indefinitely placed on the back burner. Only 1% possibility to conceive, even after treatment for some time. I was shocked, and felt less of a woman. I was not eager to fall pregnant, but it has always been important to me to have a family one day. I thought WOW! ... I didn’t realize that falling pregnant can be quite a difficult and physically painful experience. It became clear that breaking away from work, and focusing on my family, the here and now that was incredibly fruitful and exciting, needed my entire focus. I have a beautiful relationship with an exceptional man, who I had to give up a few things - for the meantime - to nourish the partnership, and protect the process. For once I was truly happy just being, no set life, no hustle, no need to be relevant, and knowing that I am truly blessed to have a partner who could support that. On my 30th Birthday, I found out I was pregnant! My baby decided that anything is possible, even while my body was under construction. My human made its way through all odds, and was that 1% POSSIBILITY. I couldn’t believe it ????... Clearly my endometriosis, intense treatment, and me not feeling ready to be a mom, was delaying the work of the universe. This has been quite a tough journey thus far. I thought I would love being pregnant - uuuuuh it’s hurts and it’s dang hard! ??. But I am so grateful to be alive, and able to carry another human. ITS CRAZY. It has definitely changed me. I am scared to be a mom, and I guess one is never ready for the changes and challenges. But I vow to kick ass, and raise an authentic, brave and kind human. Heres to struggle and triumph ?? Denise Zimba ?? ———————— Is it a boy or a girl? We decided to wait and find out at birth. Names? Once it pops out of my vagina, I shall call something out ?? Will baby have an Instagram account ? Nope! We chose for our child to decide how he or she would want to introduce him or herself to the world. It’s a phenomenal time to be me. God and my ancestors came together for me and blessed me with something so wonderful! I’m pregnant!??????????‍?? I won’t lie! I’m shoooook! Haha! ?? I always thought I was cool ????... and now to find out that I’m having twins makes me even cooler! I am carrying Hip and Hop ???? This is the most beautiful time of my life. Most precious. The scariest and the most exciting. I’m completely vulnerable and sensitive. I’m excited! I’m nervous but all that goes away when I feel weird little “gas bubbles” which I now know are little kicks because I’m carrying life. A reminder of the miracle and wonder that is God. ?? As “personalities”/“celebrities”, we are selfishly required to share every moment in our lives and when we don’t, we have people around us that we think we can trust, who gladly do it for us wether it hurts/compromises us and those we love or not. We constantly have vultures flying above us ready to share our private lives in the most non-emotional manner ever. You may forget but all I am is Human. Flesh and blood and nothing will ever change that and yes, my life is your entertainment, I get that, but try walk a mile in my shoes. The most important thing for me has been protecting my family, my persons family, his beautiful children and respecting tradition. My silence has had everything to do with making sure that everyone who matters has their moment with this, that they feel everything, from shock to happiness to curiosity to excitement, ALL OF IT, Alone, Without the rest of the country pitching in, hounding them/adding commentary/calling or harassing them etc. Its a beautiful time, it’s a sacred time, it’s OUR time. I am BEAMING! Here’s to LOVE. Here’s to forever with the greatest gifts of them all. P.S If you see me in the streets, please don’t touch my tummy... I will punch you in the throat! ????
