Families of the victims of the Enyobeni Tavern tragedy say they have been vindicated by the outcomes of an SA Human Rights Commission's investigative report into the incident.
On 26 June 2022, 21 underage patrons died at the tavern in Scenery Park, near East London in the Eastern Cape.
The commission's report, which was formally released on Thursday, points out several failures by organs of state on issues of public safety and responsible drinking.
