"There's a massive creature lying in the road!"
This was what a shocked Cape Town motorist exclaimed when he came across an elephant seal that had been knocked over on Sunday night.
In a voice note shared over social media, the motorist warned residents about the massive creature, like a "whale or a seal", that was lying in Baden Powell Drive, between Muizenberg and Mitchells Plain.
