From wetting herself to eating her placenta, Chrissy Teigen has never been shy of oversharing.

And now, she's done it again.

Chrissy (37), who recently welcomed her fourth child, daughter Esti Maxine, with singer husband John Legend (44), has shared a glimpse into motherhood in a candid picture shared to social media.

In the snap, the former model wears a black dress with dark stains visible at her breasts. “On my way to bandage together both my wound and 3,8-second clips of Beyoncé performing in Dubai until I get a full HBO special,” she captioned the picture.

In a social media post announcing the baby's birth, the TV presenter also revealed she needed post-partum nappies after Esti was delivered by C-section. The couple also have another daughter, Luna (6), and a son, Miles (4).

“She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens [John's real surname]. The house is bustling and our family couldn't be happier. Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I'm learning you still need diapers with a C-section!?” she captioned the post.

Though critics have in the past accused Chrissy of sharing too much, her fans can't seem to get enough of the candid glimpses into her not-so-glamourous life.

“Love that you're normalising leaking through everything in the first weeks postpartum. Thank you for sharing,” someone said on social media.

“It's the authenticity for me,” another commented.

The couple welcomed Esti on 13 January, nearly two years after they lost their son Jack at 20 weeks due to a pregnancy complication.

After mourning Jack's loss, they announced they were trying to conceive again through IVF and in August, they shared they were expecting.

But because of the heartbreaking loss they experienced, Chrissy admits she was hesitant to share the news at first.

“Every appointment I’ve said to myself, ‘Okay, if it’s healthy today I’ll announce’ but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still,” the cookbook author says.

But now with Esti safely in their arms, the pair want the world to know just how happy they are.

“I’m in awe of Chrissy’s strength and resilience and I’m so thrilled to see how Luna and Miles embrace their baby sister,” John gushed about his growing family.

“We're in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes – we feel it all," Chrissy adds.
