She used to stay up all night frequenting nightclubs, but these days it’s being on baby duty that’s keeping Paris Hilton awake. And she wouldn’t want it any other way.

The hotel heiress says motherhood is her “top priority” and she loves it more than anything else, which is why she’s expanding her brood.

Paris (43) surprised her Instagram fans recently when she announced the arrival of her second child, a daughter named London.

“Thankful for my baby girl,” she captioned a picture showing a pink onesie with the name London on it together with a teddy bear and some heart-shaped sunglasses.

She also shared a post of her and son Phoenix next to a pink Christmas tree, where she wrote, “Celebrating our baby girl London with a pink Christmas.”

It appears that Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, once again used a surrogate and kept it a secret, like she did with Phoenix, who was born in January.

In a follow-up post Paris paid tribute to her parents, hotel baron Rick Hilton and mom Cathy, thanking them for being an example for her on her own parenting journey.

“I’m so grateful to have grown up looking up to your beautiful love for one another and the example you set for me becoming a mother. I love you both so much."

Carter has revealed that he was dying to share the news of the impending arrival of their first born with his loved ones, but his wife forced him to keep quiet.

“I don’t think it ever hit me we weren’t going to tell anyone, that was really Paris,” Carter (42), an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, said on his wife’s reality series, Paris in Love.

“My initial inclination was to tell my family and get everyone excited, hers was to hold the secret. But she’s had to go through life having to protect herself, so I was gonna do everything I could to be a good teammate.”

In the same clip Paris also discussed just how closely guarded the secret was.

“Literally no one knows. None of the people who work at my media company know. My friends don’t know. My own family doesn’t know.”

Last year Paris said she wants two or three kids and she's long expressed a desire to have a daughter. “One day I want to have a little girl and I want to name her London,” she said on her podcast, This is Paris.

The businesswoman is already a doting aunt to her younger sister, Nicky Hilton’s, two girls, Lily-Grace (6) and Theodora (5).

Paris also revealed how she settled on the name Phoenix for a boy. “It's a name I decided on years ago when I was searching cities, countries and states on a map looking for something to go with Paris and London.

“Phoenix also has a few good pop culture reference points, but more importantly it’s the bird that flames out and then rises from the ashes to fly again.

“I want my son to grow up knowing that disaster and triumph go around and come around throughout our lives. And that this should give us great hope for the future.”

After marrying Carter in November 2021 the pair embarked on their IVF journey, which took place during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down,” Paris told People magazine last year.

“We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, ‘This is perfect timing. Usually I’m on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let’s just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,’ and we have tons of them just waiting.”

Carter also has a 12-year-old daughter from a brief fling with Laura Bellizzi, a reality star who appeared on the VH-1 show Secrets of Aspen.
