Rebel Wilson celebrated her first Mother’s Day with adorable snapshots of her five-month-old daughter, Royce.
She took to her Instagram account to share the joys of being a first-time mom with her fiancée, Ramona Agruma (39).
In one cute snap, the Pitch Perfect star is seen all smiles holding Royce, with Ramona by their side.
In another, the 43-year-old is seen supporting baby Royce to stand on her tiny feet before crawling.
“Happy Mother’s Day! (Just woke up at 5:30am and changed a big poo how about you?),” she jokes in the caption.
The Australian actress previously opened up about her rocky road to motherhood.
Appearing on an episode of the Life Uncut Podcast, Rebel revealed that Royce Lillian wasn’t conceived on her first surrogacy attempt – there was a pregnancy before that but it had a tragic end.
Rebel recalls the heartache she felt when the first embryo transfer was successful only for it to end in tears when the surrogate suffered a miscarriage.
But although she was devastated, she never gave up on her dream of being a mom.
"I was getting to 40, and I really wanted to become a mother," she previously said.
The second conception ended with the birth of baby Royce, whom she welcomed with fashion designer Ramona in November last year.
“I was still young enough to try a few more times, and then luckily got my gorgeous baby girl,” she gushed.
Although The Hustle actress admitted to feeling “disconnected” from the process throughout the second surrogate's pregnancy, the magic of holding Royce for the first time changed how she felt.
“You hold the baby and cut the umbilical cord and literally from that moment on it was just amazing and so emotional,” she said.
Detailing her sperm-donor choice, Rebel said she found it interesting to get to know the candidates via voice recordings and their childhood photos.
“I had like a sperm concierge, so they trawl through all the sperm shops and then give me the 10 best that match my criteria,” she added.
The actress admitted she found it difficult in the first weeks after her daughter's birth when she was “mom-shamed” for partying at Leonardo DiCaprio's birthday and Paris Hilton's first wedding anniversary.
“I was shocked at the criticism because [actor] Chris Hemsworth goes to the gym and people aren't yelling, ‘Where's your kids?’ But why do they do it to every woman?”
She was already in the process of trying for a baby when she began dating Ramona last year.
Rebel has revealed she was forced to go public with the romance a lot sooner than she wanted to after she discovered that an Australian newspaper intended outing her.
To avoid this from happening she posted a heartfelt message on Instagram in which she announced she was dating a woman.
“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince . . . but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess,” she wrote in the post, which was accompanied by a photo of her and Ramona.
At this point her family were already aware of her new relationship and were supportive.
“My whole family’s just been amazing,” she said
Sadly, Ramona's family weren't so accepting and struggled with the news.

“With her, she’s not in the public eye so it was much harder on her,” Rebel says. “As her partner, I just feel so sad to see what happened with her family.”
But now she and Ramona are looking to the future as they co-parent their daughter.
Rebel has praised her partner for being such a natural with Royce, revealing, "She's way better than me at changing diapers and stuff."
Two years ago she would never have guessed that everything would've worked out so perfectly.
"I really do think it's a bit of a miracle it happened," she told People magazine. "I'd been through quite a bit on the fertility journey for a few years but I was like, 'Wow'. Now I look at it and I have a family, I have an instant family kind of thing and little Royce is amazing. She's such a little angel."
The couple recently revealed that wedding bells will soon be ringing for them.
Rebel took to her Instagram account to share the news of their engagement: “We said yes!”
The post was accompanied by snapshots of them matching in pink and white stripped tops, with blue jeans at Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty castle.
In another pic they're seen kissing as Ramona raises her arm to display her engagement ring.
Paris Hilton and Brittany Snow, Rebel's Pitch Perfect co-star, were among the first to congratulate them.
“Love you girls! So happy for you two! Such a magical way to get engaged,” Paris said.
“Rebs!!!! Magical congrats you two!” was Brittany's wishes.
