He's played for the Springboks in two World Cups and he plays club rugby overseas – and through it all, his wife of seven years has been at his side.

What started with Cobus Reinach spotting a pic on social media and thinking "I'd like to get to know this woman", has turned into a seven-year marriage to Frances. The couple also have two children together, Richardt (5) and Elia (1).

Together they've endured the ups and downs of his career, parenthood, living overseas and even death threats.
