Will labour complications effect my child's development?

It is very difficult to say.  Getting stuck in labour is something that may happen very easily and is stressful, but not necessarily a problem.  Low oxygen levels is also not a definite indicator of later delays, since we need to know for what period of time was it low, how low was it, what was the management of the baby, etc.  

This is unfortunately not something I will be able to address via e-mail, since I have much too little information. Best would be to ask your paediatrician to provide you with an honest explanation.
