Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer have been friends for a long time, but not replying to your friend’s emergency text about the Handmaid’s Tale – that'll ruin even the strongest of friendships.
While Amy Schumer just shared the cutest picture of two-month-old Gene Attell Fischer (see the adorable picture above), she’s also been candid about her pregnancy journey and becoming a new mom. And any new mom, or veteran parent, knows it’s not easy. To quote Amy Schumer, actually, “This shit is bananas.”
So we totally get her not having as much time for just about anything else that doesn’t involve her baby boy.

“Are you asleep bc of the baby??? Are you asleep before 11? Is this bc of the baby? Don’t make me resent the baby.”
“Wow.”
“Ur really asleep before 11. I'll be damned.”
Jlaw, as she’s saved on Amy’s phone, was obviously kidding. But the always hilarious new mom had the perfect response anyway.
“Hi!”
“I’m awake!”
“She ran away.”
