When talking child-rearing, it seems parents can never be too prepared on the levels of grossness they'll be in charge of while their young ones are still too young to take care of the nastier elements of being human.
To vent, a dad in the throws of his daughter's upchuck took to the platform, r/daddit, and showed off just how rough things can get. It's pretty disgusting but if you want to see, here it is.
And of course, other parents joined the conversation, sharing their most disgusting parenting moments, proving that along with a responsible and reliable nature, raising children also requires a strong stomach.

Daddit isn't the only place parents go to voice their frustrations:
I've worked about a dozen jobs and by FAR the craziest is parenting! One painted her entire floor with crap during nap time. I'm 12 years in with 15 to go. I would like to think it gets less gross, but I've also raised a teenage boy. ??

"Eww, why would you want to suck boogers out of your kids nose, that's so gross"
*After kids*
Me: "This thing is amazing, it works great, you should get one!"

Nearly 6 months in, I’ve learned that parenting is about many things. One of those things is finding it endearing & relieving, not gross, when your child pees on you mid-diaper change at 11pm because you’re no longer worried that they’re dehydrated from having a cold.
