WATCH | Is this 8-week-old baby babbling or saying his first word?

These proud parents believe they have the world's youngest talking baby who said 'hello' at just eight weeks. 

Mom Caroline and dad Nick captured their stunned reaction when their newborn Charlie-John Taylor-Mullington seemed to mumble a reply to his dad's greeting. 

But we're not sure if it's an actual reply or just cute little baby babbles.
