A 3-year-old toddler in Oklahoma, US, brought down the full wrath of the law along with his pull-up nappy when he took off his pants and had a wee on his own front lawn, according to the Blaze. A local police officer witnessed the “crime” and handed the toddler’s mom a hefty $2500 fine for public urination.
The family is now planning on fighting the ticket in court, with mom alleging harassment on the part of the police officer involved- suggesting that the fine is totally out of proportion to the incident: “For $2,500 we should be able to pee all over our whole yard,” said mom, Jennifer Warden, laughing.

Some parents may find it offensive, or simply prefer to limit toilet activities to the bathroom. What do you think?
