Do I hover?

Nathan was my first born and a very independent child, it was easy not to hover too much, although I admit that I don't like him going anywhere without me knowing, the who, what, where and why with preferably contact numbers that I have verified as authentic! The twins is a different story, I am only now letting them go to friends, a sleep over is only done at one friends house as I know the mother and can trust her to keep a firm control of the rowdy bunch! I try to encourage them to do things for themselves, but I still fret and worry about them, don't all moms?
