It took us by complete surprise, there was no time leading up to it. It was as if he woke up one weekend morning and decided that he was going to be in persona as Spiderman for endless weekends to come.
My 3 year old son wears his Spiderman suit every weekend (best present ever!), come Saturday morning he pulls it out of his cupboard and insists that we call him Spiderman. He won’t wear his normal undies, he wants the one with Spiderman on it.
Where has my little boy gone? I use to dress him up in the mornings like a decent 3 year old: jeans and t-shirt. When did he decide that he gets to make decisions for himself?!
Now over weekends he morphs into this little monster by the name of Spiderman, jumping from couches, spraying his invisible webs.
I will send you a photo, if I can get him to stay still for more than a few seconds!
