Sibling differences

My boys are 3yrs 9mnth and 2yrs 2mnth old and they are very different. The older one is more shy and introvert and the youngest one is very brave and not afraid to show you how he feels, he has developed a much stronger personality from a very early age.

I do at times treat them as if they are the same person and expect them to react in the same way. i have to constantly remind myself that they are in fact very different individuals and I have to accept and nurture their different personalities and help them grow into the best that they can be as individuals, and not remind them "your brother does this" or "can't you behave like your brother".

A tough job at times, I must admit.
