EVENT: 2017’s Comedy For The Kids

accreditation

The 8th Annual Comedy For The Kids is back and will be taking place on 24 October at the Parker’s Comedy Club Monte Casino.

We're sure the event will be a success, once again, and you'll be in stitches by the end of it as the line-up includes the always funny Chris Forest, Comics Choice Award winner Deep Fried Man, and so many more.

The annual event is a fundraiser for Yenzani Children’s Home, a non-profit organisation in Johannesburg that was started in 2002.

Since its establishment the organisation has received a certificate of recognition for their services as they continue to take in children who have left their homes after being abused and neglected. As they explain on their Yenzani Children's Home website:

“Every child is made to feel like part of ‘a family’ and has their physical and emotional injuries attended to by a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, psychologists, nurses, equine and art therapy, individual and group therapy and trained caregivers to re-build their confidence and self-worth for a more positive future.”
