Gary Kirsten's Parent in Sport evening

accreditation

Encouraging your kids to participate in sports is a great way to ensure that they get the physical activity their body needs, they learn how to communicate and interact with other children, all the while building their own confidence in a fun and exciting way.

On Thursday 31 August, former South African cricketer Gary Kirsten will be hosting a Parent in Sport evening at Curro Hermanus to share with parents how they can support their aspiring little sportsmen and women and encourage them to get involved in youth sports.

The free event at the Curro Hermanus school will kick off with a coaching clinic from 3-5pm before the Parent in Sport evening at 6pm.

“We are excited to continue the work being done in the Overberg region. It is wonderful to be working with the Curro School group and some of their players,” said Kirsten, welcoming any players to attend the day and evening should they be interested in private coaching in and around Overberg.

Gary Kirsten is permanently based at the school, offering private and group coaching as part of Gary Kirsten Cricket (GKC) - the renowned cricket academy for aspiring cricketers and coaches, both locally and internationally.
