"One false move and you got a cracked nipple": Jennifer Garner rapping about motherhood is all kinds of awkward and we can't look away

This past Thursday saw a very special edition of the Ellen Show.

With the big day around the corner, the comedian hosted her annual Mother's Day show, with the entire audience filled with very pregnant, first-time moms-to-be.

Actress Jennifer Garner was invited to try her hand at co-hosting the show with Ellen to hilarious and (at times) awkward effects.

The mom of three had put together a little skit to commemorate the beauty and hardships of child birthing and you have to see it to believe it.

Not only does Ms Garner have an angelic voice (which might actually be thanks to the magic of lip syncing as she sounds eerily similar to fellow mother-actresses Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell from Frozen fame) but also showed off some "impressive" rapping chops.

With guitar in hand, Jennifer begins, "Motherhood is a beautiful thing, it fills your heart with joy and makes you wanna sing. But to all the pregnant ladies at the Ellen Show, there's a few things that you should know."

Pretty much what you'd expect from the usually sweet-natured Jennifer, who then proceeds to bust a few rhymes.

"Imagine squeezing something out the size of a watermelon. How much pain is that? There'll be a lot of swelling!

"And breastfeeding? It ain't simple. One false move and you got a cracked nipple.

"You'll be up all night, groggy all day, jonesing for a bottle of Chardonnay.

"Whether you go with a doctor or a doula, it'll take weeks to heal your hoo-ha!"

She ends her rap with a mic drop and well, here it is:
