"Can you even imagine growing up having the same name as a mutt?"

An expectant mom must have been on full pregnant brain when she texted her neighbour over a request that would put regular unreasonable proposals to shame.

It's one that fur parent, Jennay couldn't help but share via Reddit, because where else do you go after outrageous interactions with acquaintances?

"We want to name her Tillie but it's come to my attention you have a dog named Tilly and I'd appreciate you changing the dog's name lol [sic]. Obviously, she can't have the same name as a dog, and we're bound to bump into each other," the unnamed offender wrote.

The dog owner managed to keep her initial response firm but friendly but the potential baby Tilly's mom wasn't having it, calling Jennay "heartless" and "callous," claiming that her inconsiderateness was the equivalent of ruining her unborn daughter's confidence and future.

Naturally, the interaction was too much for the internet to pass up.
