Cold fighter smoothie
This smoothie is loaded with vitamin C and other immune boosters and makes a good breakfast booster or anytime snack

Ingredients

  • 300ml orange juice
  • 60g pineapple
  • 40g strawberries
  • 10ml honey
  • 5 echinacea drops (available from health shops and pharmacies)
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
