Forget boring breakfasts. Blend up these healthy ingredients for a quick and delicious smoothie:

Very berry

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ sliced banana
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup plain yoghurt

Snap, crackle and pop!

  • ½ cup of Rice Krispies and
