Ingredients:
1 litre milk
½ cup (125ml) flour
½ tsp salt
1½ tsp (7.5ml) butter
Cinnamon sugar
Method:
1. Mix flour and salt and rub in butter.
2. Bring milk to boil in medium saucepan. Add the flour all at once and stir. (It will be lumpy but don’t worry – that’s the way it’s supposed to be.)
3. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
4. Let it cool slightly and serve sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
