Ingredients
- Two rolls puff pastry
- One tin of smoorsnoek
- 3ml garlic powder
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 10ml parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Grease muffin tins and line with puff pastry.
- Combine all other ingredients and add to unbaked pastry cases.
- Bake at 180ºC for 25-30 minutes and serve hot.
