Mini snoek quiches
These mini snoek quiches are perfect for lunch, supper or party food. Here is the recipe


  • Two rolls puff pastry
  • One tin of smoorsnoek
  • 3ml garlic powder
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 10ml parsley, chopped


  1. Grease muffin tins and line with puff pastry.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and add to unbaked pastry cases.
  3. Bake at 180ºC for 25-30 minutes and serve hot.
