Ingredients
- 250g packet of polenta
- 500ml water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Boil 500ml of water.
- When it reaches the boil, add a pinch of salt and the polenta.
- Stir vigorously and when it has the consistency of mashed potatoes, remove from heat.
- On a lightly oiled baking tray, press the mixture into a thin pizza base.
- Leave to harden for about 15 minutes and add your favourite pizza toppings like tomato paste and Parmesan, mozzarella and ham.
- Grill until toppings are cooked.
