What you need:

- 2-4 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
What to do:
- Combine all the ingredients in a food procesor or blender and purée until smooth.
- Serve with vegetable sticks, corn chips or on toast.
