Is this mom's idea of a pocket money 'surprise' sadistic, genius or both?

When a post you share manages to reach more people than your Town's populace, you must have hit a nerve. Shaketha Marion McGregor from Dublin, Georgia (population: 16,201) could not keep her genius parenting hack to herself, and if pocket money is burning a hole in your you know where you might want to take notes.

"My children continue to ask for a new cell phone, an allowance, and to go places," the single mom of three wrote in a post that's been shared more than 90 000 times (and counting).

The smart AF mom said she faked caving to her children's monetary demands by telling them she had a surprise ready for them when they returned from school, and damn,  we're caught between feeling sorry for the kids and patting the mom on the back.

"I told them that I've heard their requests and that I'll have a surprise for them today when they get home from school. SURPRISE!!! It's a whole hiring event!"

Turns out, the after-school 'surprise' was an interview session for 'job openings' - job application forms and all.

And forget entry-level stuff, this mom was looking to fill positions for a Kitchen Manager, Lead Housekeeper, and Laundry Supervisor - why not get them into the swing of things as early as possible, right?

She even added a "Mom's Credit Union" to the mix, just to make it extra realistic.

"Let Mom start you off with a line of credit to help build your allowance as well as character," she wrote, to the internet's applause.

Awesome, Genius Momma, and Hero were just a few descriptors thrown at Shaketha.

The Genius Momma even started her own page after requests - the page is called This Mom Means Business Inc. named for the hashtag she used in the post.

And if you're wondering how the interviews went, let's just say not everyone made the cut:
