It can be hard to stick to your regular routine during the lockdown when things aren't normal.
However, it is still important to have some kind of routine going on, though it won't look the same as your regular day-to-day routine.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has provided some tips that can help you and your family create a healthy routine.
Flexible yet consistent
Try to make a schedule for your family with daily activities. Include free time as well.
The WHO says this can help children feel more secure and behave better.
Ask your children to help you set up the schedule.
The WHO suggests if you do that, it'll make it easier for your children to follow the schedule because they helped put together.
Also try including exercise or some workout routine.

The WHO says your child models what they see, so it's important to practice what you preach.
If you're teaching your children about hygiene and handwashing, you too must also demonstrate it regularly.
Breaks are essential
It is okay to sometimes chuck the routine out of the window.
The lockdown comes with overwhelming feelings and throws you of guard at times.
Take a breathe during those moments, and try again.
