WATCH: What if this week you created a to-don't-do list?
"If I had my time again, I wouldn't create a to-do list... I'd give myself time to indulge in the things that I now understand are most important." This video with sage advice from elderly moms hits right in the feels, and offers the best advice for this generation of moms.

From carpooling and playdates to helping the kids with homework and putting together supper after a long day at work, the daily schedule of a mother is pretty jam-packed.

"Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans," is a famous quote by writer and cartoonist Allen Saunders.

Made popular by John Lennon in the endearing song to his son, Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy), it perfectly sums up the day-to-day of motherhood, and immediately comes to mind when first watching this video by a UK spa brand.

It's gotten nearly 6 million Facebook views, and may have been written by a future Oscar-winning scriptwriter.

In it we see older women doling out the kind of knowledge they wish they could've had as young mothers, seemingly answering Oprah Winfrey’s classic interview question: What's the best advice you’ve ever been given?

The video serves as a great reminder that time is the one thing none of us can replace.
