Should women have to wait before aborting?
A law in South Dakota forces women to wait 72 hours before having an abortion. Is this good or bad?
A law has been passed in South Dakota that requires a woman wait 72 hours after deciding to have an abortion before going through with it. This seems to be one of many "abortion reducing" laws that Republican Governor Dennis Daugaard is trying to use to make sure woman have a clear idea of what they want to do.

Other laws like banning late term abortions and providers offering women sonograms of their foetuses are just the latest in the fight against abortion in South Dakota.

There are those that wonder if laws like these will actually curb abortions or just force women to get the abortions illegally.

Do you think women should be forced to wait before having an abortion? Vote and have your say below.
