With the June holidays out of the way, it's full-steam ahead to the end of the year exams. From Grade 3 onward your kids may be starting to write formal exams or tests.

Getting your kids to set up a study timetable is a great way to get them to manage their time and this having a plan of action is a good way to lessen the stress of exams.

Make sure they set aside time for eating, break times and most importantly getting an early night.

You can either print a few copies for the upcoming study weeks or laminate one copy and use a whiteboard marker to fill in that week's material that needs to be focused on.
