Being a mother is a beautiful journey, as many women will tell you. While physical changes are expected with pregnancy, it’s the post-birth physical changes that are often not easy to deal with. Here are five celebrities who have shared their post-partum experiences.

Choreographer Bontle Moloi (née Modiselle) became a first-time mom last year, and 10 days after giving birth the 29-year-old poured her heart out about all the changes post-pregnancy.

Actress Linda Mtoba (29) also gave birth last year. She recently wrote a touchy tweet that had other women talking about their struggles after giving birth. Linda was detailing how the physical changes to her body are going to take some getting use to. Women on social media were thanking her for being honest because they could relate to how she felt.

Linda still looks amazing even after having a baby.

Former 5FM host Tumi Voster (29) recently gave birth. She thanked actress Linda Mtoba for her post-pregnancy post and also shared her journey as a new mom.

Rhythm City actress Amo Chidi (30) gave birth in last year too. Recently she wore a form-fitting minidress and heels – looking all sorts of yummy mummy months after giving birth.
