Australian Olympic gold medallist Libby Trickett (34) recently shared a candid motherhood moment.
Taking to her Instagram page, the mom-of-three shared a post for which she was applauded by other mothers around the world, The Sun reported.
In the post, which was captured by her four-year-old daughter, Poppy, Libby can be seen sitting crossed-legged in bed with her baby, Bronte, on her lap while trying to do toddler Eddie’s hair.
“Shot captured by my four year old. It’s funny, she takes photos like these all the time and more often than not I scroll and delete because let’s be honest, she’s not all about capturing the flattering angles,” she wrote.
But despite feeling insecure over the snap, the retired swimmer said that the moment, which was unflattering at the time, will one day become the greatest things she misses about her children when they get older.
“. . . One day I’ll miss these moments and I’m so glad Poppy captured it,” the proud mom added.
Libby welcomed Bronte last month via C-section, according to the Daily Mail.
