Losing a parent can be the toughest thing for anyone and TV personality Pearl Thusi is no different.
After losing her mother in 2004, the 30-year-old has expressed how she continues to struggle with the loss.
Taking to Twitter to share some of the difficulties she experiences while living without her mother, the Scorpion actress posted a video in the early hours of Wednesday morning in which she can be seen crying while speaking about how she would have liked her mother to help her raise her daughter, Thando Mokoena.
“Hey guys, I don’t know if it’s the jetlag but I’m emotional. I’m just thinking like I wish my mom was around to help me with my daughter,” an overwhelmed and out-of-breath Thusi says before shedding a few tears.
“To everybody out there just surviving without their parents…you’re so strong ,” she continued before assuring people who are going through the same thing that it’s going to be okay.
