This father-daughter duo is warming the hearts of many around the world.

Jaime Coronel (34) and his three-year-old daughter, Mara, started their dress up routine during the first days of lockdown in Spain.

According to local media, Jaime was tidying their house when he came across a costume of Olaf from the Disney film Frozen.

“As we had the costumes and had to stay indoors during the lockdown, we dressed up every day to take Mara’s mind off the strict isolation measures,” Jaime said.

The dotting dad and daughter then spent the days trying on outfits and when the time came to put the rubbish out, decided to do so in costume to try cheer up the neighbours.

Now, at 8pm every day when residents applaud the country’s health workers, the pair takes out the rubbish in different costumes.

“The neighbours wait for us to go to the bins every day,” Jaime explained.

The father told local media that they have costumes at home from previous carnivals and Halloween celebrations.

Although in the first couple of days he had to take the rubbish out on his own, Mara decided to join him on the “bin run” when children were finally allowed outside for fresh air and exercise.

Jaime’s wife films the scenes and shares them on social media with music relevant to the characters they’re portraying.

The cute pair has dressed up as Beauty and the Beast as well as countless superheroes, including Spider-Man, Batman and Wonder Woman.
